દીકરાઓને શિક્ષણની જરૂર છે નહીં કે દીકરીઓને!

આપણે દીકરીઓને ડોક્ટર, ઈજનેર બનાવી રહ્યા છે અને તેમનો બળાત્કાર થઈ રહ્યો છે, ઓછામાં તેઓને સીધી મોતને ઘાટ ઉતારી દેવાનો ટ્રેન્ડ શરૂ થયો છે. ટૂંકા કપડા પહેરવા કે મોડી રાત ઘરની બહાર જવાને જવાબદાર ગણાવી શકાય? ક્ષતિ પુરુષ વર્ગના કેટલાંક અસામાજિક તત્વોમાં છે. શું આપણો પુરુષ સમાજ આની જવાબદારી નહી લઈ શકે? જો ના તો પછી આપણી પુરુષ જાતિને પોતાના પુરુષ હોવા પર પ્રશ્ન કરવો રહ્યો!!! દિલ જંજોળાય ગયુ જ્યારે પ્રિયંકા રેડ્ડીનો કિસ્સો સામે આવ્યો! બળાત્કાર ગુજાર્યો તો ઠીક એને મારી નાખવાની શું જરૂર? પિતાએ અને માતાએ દીકરાને ખૂબ જ શિક્ષિત કરવાની જરૂર છે, આ એવું શિક્ષણ જે એને શાળામાંથી નહીં મળે. આ શિક્ષણ એટલે એને સમજાવવાનું કે સ્ત્રીમાં જે બે અંગોને કાલ્પનિકતાથી જોઈ તમે આકર્ષિત થાવ છો અને બળાત્કાર કરવા મજબૂર બનો છે એ બે અંગોમાંના એકે તમને જન્મ આપ્યો છે અને બીજા અંગે દૂધ પીવડાવ્યું છે. કુદરતે આ શરીરની રચના જ અજબ કરી છે અને એમાં શોષણ ફક્ત સ્ત્રીનું થયે જ રાખે છે. દીકરીઓને આપણે જે ડિગ્રી અપાવી રહ્યા છે એ સુરક્ષા સાથે નથી આવતી અને આપણે ત્યાં દીકરાઓને સ્ત્રી વિશે ઝીરો જાણકારી સાથે ઉછેરવામાં આવે છે. એની શારીરિક રચના ઉપર કોમેંટ કરવી આપણે સહજ સમજીએ છે? એની આ રચના, માસિક, જીવનસંઘર્ષ અને ઘણું, એ વિશે આપણા દીકરાઓને ક્યારેય સમજાવ્યું છે? આપણા દેશમાં સ્ત્રી બસ એક માતા અને પત્ની બની રહી જાય છે. એ એની ખરી ઓળખ? એની પોતાની આગવી પ્રતિભા અને જોબથી એને ઓળખ ખરા અર્થમાં આપણે આપીએ છીએ? પ્રિયંકા રેડ્ડીએ કોઈ વલ્ગર કપડા ન્હોતા પહેર્યા, કોઈ સોશિયલ મીડિયામાં ફેમિનિસ્મ પર ભાષણ નહોતી આપી રહી, શરાબનાં નશામાં ન્હોતી ફરી રહી, એણે આપણા તમામ નિયમો અનુસર્યા અને દુનિયા છોડીને જતા રહેવું પડયું!

સમયની જરૂરિયાત છે કે આ પેઢીને (દીકરાઓને) આજના ચાલીસી કે પચાસીમા જીવી રહેલા મા બાપ ખરા સંસ્કારો આપે, સ્વતંત્રતા આપવાના ચક્કરમાં તેઓએ જે જરૂરી છે એ સમજાવવાનું પણ બંધ કરી દીધું!

We are making our daughters doctors and engineers and they are being raped, and the trend of directly killing them has begun. Can it be attributed to wearing short clothes or going out late at night? Obviously not. Impairment is in some antisocial elements of the male fraternity. Can't our male society take responsibility for this? If not then our male class should question its own existence!!! Heartbroken when Priyanka Reddy's case came up! Why did they have to kill her? The father and mother need to educate the son very much, this is an education that he will not get from school. This teaching is meant to explain that one of the two organs in a woman that you are attracted to by imagination and forced to rape, one of them has given birth to you and other has breastfed you. Nature has made the body so strange that females are always on receiving end of exploitation and victimization. The educational degree we are giving to daughters does not come with security and we are raising our male children with zero knowledge about women. Do we instinctively mean that commenting on her physical structure is so normal? Ever explained to your sons about her creation, menstruation, life-long struggles and much more? In our country the females end up as a mother and a wife only. Is that her true identity? Do we ever really identify them with their unique talent and job? Priyanka Reddy wore no vulgar clothes, wasn't giving speech on feminism on social media, wasn't drunk and roaming, she followed all our rules and had to leave the world!

The need of the hour is to give this generation (the sons) the true understanding of culture by today's parents living into their forties and fifties. It's a heart wrenching that they have stopped explaining all these which is even essential in the name of giving freedom to their sons.
